Juventus chief Giuseppe Marotta is ready to sell Gonzalo Higuain for a fee of €55m.
The striker, whose importance to the Serie A champions has been diminished by the purchase of Cristiano Ronaldo, has been linked with both Chelsea and AC Milan.
According to Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport, Juve cannot afford to keep him and will let him go at the right price, which is no less than €55m (£49m).
Only Milan are yet to make a concrete offer for then player but Juventus want Leonardo Bonucci as part of any deal.
Chelsea, meanwhile, must get rid of Alvaro Morata before they can make a serious move for the forward.
The Blues’ interest in Higuain spiked this summer when Maurizio Sarri became the new manager at Stamford Bridge.
Higuain produced devastating form under Sarri at Napoli in the 2015-16 season when the striker hit 36 goals in 35 Serie A games.
