Milan and Inter set to do battle for Bayern midfielder Arturo Vidal next summer
Milan and Inter are set to do battle for Bayern Munich midfielder Arturo Vidal next summer, but only with Champions League qualification.
According to Tuttosport newspaper, the Rossoneri have aimed their sights squarely on the Chile international.
His contract with Bayern Munich is due to expire in June 2019 and he would leave next year if there was no renewal.
Vidal would be one of the added bonuses to Vincenzo Montella’s squad to celebrate Champions League qualification.
However, Inter have already tried to sign Vidal in recent months and are expected to make another attempt in the summer of 2018.
It would be a return to Serie A for the veteran who already won the Scudetto at Juventus.
